• Apply at circulation desks at all three branches
• Use to check out all materials and to use library equipment
• Children under 18 years of age must have a parent, guardian,
  or custodial caregiver accompany them to sign for their library
  card
• Notify the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen, 
  or if you change your address
• $.50 charge for replacement of first lost or damaged card, 
  $1.00 charge for second, and $5.00 for each additional 
  replacement
