- Free to Ohio residents
- Valid at all 3 library locations
- Apply at circulation desks at all three locations
- Use to check out all materials and to use library equipment
- Children under 18 years of age must have a parent, guardian, or custodial caregiver accompany them to sign for their library card
- Notify the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen, or if you change your address
- $.50 charge for replacement of first lost or damaged card, $1.00 charge for second, and $5.00 for each additional replacement
- Out of state patron library card fee is $45.00
