Join us Oct. 17 at 4:30 p.m. &/or Oct. 19 at 10:30 a.m. at Defiance Public Library as Ryan Frederick of Sherwood State Bank gives kids a rundown on the basics of financial literacy, including saving, spending, goals, and giving.
After the presentation, kids will make and decorate piggy banks to help them start saving, and bring home helpful handouts and story booklets from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Geared to grades 1-6. No registration needed.
