Learn how to make lace using needle tatting during this two-course series November 20 & 27 at 5 p.m. at Defiance Public Library. During week 1, we will learn the basics. Then in week 2, we will create a small piece using a pattern. Free & open to all ages. Space is limited and registration is required.
