Katarina Wilcox of Toledo/Lucas County CareNet will visit Defiance Public Library’s Nellie Gary Reading Room on Oct. 7 at 6:00PM to provide free assistance with accessing and enrolling in the federal Health Insurance Marketplace and Ohio Medicaid health plans. Open to all adults. No registration is needed.
