Welcome to the Book of the Month Club where each month we’ll feature a new YA title, craft, and snack.

Here’s the scoop:

  • To participate, you must be between the ages of 13-25 and have a DPLS library card. The book will need to be checked out to your library card.
  • Only 5 spots are available.
  • The book and the extra items will be ready for pickup by the first of the month at Defiance Public Library. You will also receive an email notifying you of its availability.
  • If the book is not claimed by the seventh of the month, we will bless another person with the book and items.
  • This is a one-month subscription period. You will need to sign up again to receive next month’s book.
  • After reading, feel free to post your thoughts and comments on Defiance Public Library’s Padlet page called Dear YA Readers.
