Readers’ Circle meets at 10 AM on the third Thursday of the month in the Nellie Gary Reading Room at Defiance Public Library. Are you into police procedurals? Gritty detective stories? Or maybe a nice, cozy mystery is more your speed. Mysteries + More book club explores all types of mystery novels. The group meets at 6:30 PM on the second Thursday of every month in the Reading Room at Defiance Public Library.  Gail Rutherford leads the group in a lively discussion of the month’s pick. The Bookworms meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for informal discussion about a wide range of genres. Sponsored and organized by the Friends of the Sherwood Branch Library, this group meets at 1:30 PM in the Justin F. Coressel Community Room, adjacent to Sherwood Branch Library.

Books for each month’s discussion are available at Sherwood Branch Library.

Hooked on Books meets at 7 PM every 3rd Tuesday of the month at Johnson Memorial Library in Hicksville.  Book club members take turns selecting the monthly title and leading the group discussion. From thrillers, to memoirs, to historical fantasy, the selections cover many different genres to appeal to an audience of varied tastes. Refreshments are provided courtesy of the Hicksville Friends of the Library.
