Teen/YA LitKit (for readers 13-25):

• You must be between ages 13-25 to receive this kit.
• You must have a DPLS library card to check out the library materials inside the box.
• A limited number of boxes will be available. If all boxes are reserved, you’ll be placed on the waiting list.
• Your box will be ready for pickup by the first of the month. You will receive an email notifying you that the box is ready for pickup. (Boxes can be picked up at any DPLS library location.)
• Boxes must be picked up by the 7th day of each month. If boxes are not picked up by then, the next person on the waiting list will be notified.
• Most everything in the box is yours to keep, we just ask that you return the two library books and box by the 25th of the month to any DPLS location.
• This is a three-month subscription. After the subscription period is over, you will need to sign up again to receive more boxes.

Shelf Indugence LitKit (for readers 18+):

• You must be over the age of 18 to receive this kit.
• You must have a DPLS library card to check out the library materials inside the box.
• A limited number of boxes will be available. If all boxes are reserved, you can place your name on the waiting list.
• Boxes will be ready for checkout on the first day of each month. Boxes can be picked up at any DPLS location (Defiance, Sherwood, or Hicksville).
• Boxes must be picked up by the 7th day of each month. If boxes are not picked up by then, the next person on the waiting list will be notified.
• Most everything in the box is yours to keep; we just ask that you return the two library books and cardboard box by the 25th of the month to any DPLS location.
• Books will be based on the theme and in the format you choose. Every attempt will be made to select books from your specified genre(s).
• This is a one-month subscription. After the month is over, you will need to sign up again to receive another box.
