Stemming from the French word “decouper,” meaning to cut, this historic craft reached the height of its popularity in 17th & 18th century France. Experiment and learn the craft of decoupage in this free class July 29 at 5PM at Johnson Memorial Library, where supplies will be provided. Registration required. All ages welcome.
